Really friendly staff and super fast paperwork.

They switched the car model, but the one we got was actually better than we expected.

Everything went smooth and easy. The return was so quick - they transfered our luggage from the rental car to the shuttle bus and... Until we got in the shuttle, the drop off was done

Customer service replied super fast, pickup and return were really efficient, and everyone was very polite with zero hard selling.

Staff were pretty good, but the car itself was really dated – well over 10 years old – and the wheel alignment was off, so it kept pulling to the left while driving.

Pretty good overall, really convenient, and I even extended it for an extra day.

The staff proactively reached out with all the info I needed, and contacted me right after I landed to arrange a shuttle to the store. The whole handover process was quick and smooth.

All the staff were super friendly, the prices were really low, and the value for money was amazing. They’ve got lots of imported cars too. I’ll definitely keep renting from them, highly recommend to everyone.

Great value for the price

Airport pickup and drop-off were super fast, and both pickup and return were really hassle-free. They even gave us a free upgrade to a cute little SUV. There’s also a nice Senagajima spot near the pickup location that’s perfect for photos. Totally recommend this to everyone ^o^

I didn’t give a full score this time mainly because they showed up 7 minutes late for pickup and 11 minutes late for drop-off. The car itself was a bit old, though it was still pretty easy to drive.

Really great service! My flight was delayed and they actually stayed late after closing just to wait for me. I’m super grateful!~

Great prices for what you get

Communication was smooth. We asked them to deliver the car to our place, and since I live in Shibuya where parking is really expensive, the staff actually helped us find an overnight parking spot that was much cheaper and only about a 5-minute walk away (we were driving to Mt. Fuji early the next morning). They gave us an older X3, but it ran on diesel, was in good condition, easy to drive, and fuel costs were low. We returned the car at the airport parking lot—just make sure to allow extra time for drop-off because you’ll need to find a parking spot and settle all the charges. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

The car ran really smoothly, the paperwork was quick and hassle-free, and the service was super thoughtful. No hidden charges at all, the car was in great condition so we felt very safe the whole trip. I’d definitely choose this company again next time!
