Extremely kind and helpful staff. We were running late for our flight and they used a car to drive us to the airport instead of making us wait for the shuttle bus. Also, my elderly father left his sweater in the shop and they kindly helped us arrange delivery of it to Tokyo.

This was an awesome car rental experience! The staff were super friendly, everything was processed really quickly, and there were no sneaky extra charges at all. The car was in even better shape than I expected, really clean inside with no strange smells. Pick-up and return were totally hassle-free. I’ll definitely choose this company again next time I need a rental.

I didn’t give a full score this time mainly because they showed up 7 minutes late for pickup and 11 minutes late for drop-off. The car itself was a bit old, though it was still pretty easy to drive.

Great prices for what you get

Communication was smooth. We asked them to deliver the car to our place, and since I live in Shibuya where parking is really expensive, the staff actually helped us find an overnight parking spot that was much cheaper and only about a 5-minute walk away (we were driving to Mt. Fuji early the next morning). They gave us an older X3, but it ran on diesel, was in good condition, easy to drive, and fuel costs were low. We returned the car at the airport parking lot—just make sure to allow extra time for drop-off because you’ll need to find a parking spot and settle all the charges. Overall, we were quite satisfied.
