Good for couples... Small car and good mileage

Hidden costs. Poor value for money. £100 over estimated (and prepaid) costs. Never again!

Wait time and customer service upon collection were both the worst we have experienced. Stating collection is "in terminal" is very misleading as you have to use a bus to the collection area. Car was clean and in good condition, exactly what we needed for the trip. Rental was reasonably priced.

I was charged 36€ extra for no reason I am yet to discover, impossible to get them on the phone and rectify the problem

All fine so far

we got and old 500l Fiat (more than 60.000km and a lot of small damages very poor engine ), not the expected wagon we reserved

I booked a 7 seater car as I had 6 people in our party. I was given a long wheel base 9 seater mini bus. As soon as I drove it it was clear that the brakes needed repairing. I went straight back into the office but the representative had gone and closed up. I phoned the next day but no answer and finally got through the following day and returned the vehicle, not for a 7 seater as booked but another large minbus. Where we were staying in Rome this was a real problem as we couldnt get the van on the driveway. Please, if someone books a people carrier can you not give them a large bus which struggles to park or get down very narrow lanes. Thank you
