Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Once I arrived at Routes, it took over an hour of waiting to get my car and get serviced at the counter. They are so understaffed. Once I got called up, it was pretty fast, but the long wait to actually talk to a staff member was ridiculous. This was Sunday morning at 11am. It was also somewhat slow to return the car, waited about 30 min in total, but far better than the pick up.

service was awesome, shuttle service was quick, and pick up was fast!

Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.

Counter was super slow checking in than when brought car back was a little better but ask for a receipt said I wii send you an email Am I still waiting for it need for my expense account!!!!!!!!! I did refute some one to you !!!!!!!!
