Picking up the car at Vancouver Airport was very convenient, and the process was quick. Alamo's cars are all very new and in great condition.

It was my first time renting a car overseas and I had a genuinely good experience with Alamo. I initially reserved a Ford Fusion, a large car for 4 people. Perhaps they saw we had more luggage, or maybe they didn’t have our reserved model. Either way, they upgraded us for free to a Dodge 7-seater MPV. It was a new car, with only over 1100 km on it. As a result, our trip in Vancouver was very smooth and enjoyable. Alamo definitely deserves 5 stars!
