The service was generally fine, but I encountered issues during pickup. It took a long time to resolve. I had originally reserved a 12-seater vehicle, but at the time of pickup, they said it was unavailable and only offered a 7-seater.

Since I only had a Mastercard credit card, I tried multiple machines but none worked. Finally, I found a Hertz counter machine where it succeeded. However, the staff member there, without informing me, aggressively pushed an insurance service. I strongly advise other renters to double-check the rental amount thoroughly. This person added over 200 units of insurance to my base amount, and I only realized it was commercial fraud after returning the car!

Pretty good, they didn't try to sell me extra insurance. I bought a full tank of fuel and ended up with half a tank left when returning the car, which was quite a waste. Haha.

I was told there’s free shuttle bus from Cruise terminal to airport. But turns out only Avis and budget, so we have to find taxi to and return the rental car which was not convenient.

My only complaint was the thrifty van didn’t take me directly to my terminal. I had to get off and board another bus. Otherwise it was great.
