The car model I booked was not provided at pick-up.

The rental process is simple, and the staff are diligent and friendly.

The service at the store was mediocre. For such a high price, the car provided was really just average. I don't want to rent from here again. On the way from Miami to Key West, the front left tire blew out, which was terrifying. I had to pay $56 for roadside assistance because I didn't choose the coverage. I was told I could change cars at Key West. When I got there, an uncooperative employee made things difficult, telling me to get the tire repaired instead of replacing it. After finding the repair place twice, they said the tire could be patched up and used again, despite my explanations that the left front tire was damaged from driving flat. The right front tire also had a bulge but they refused to change it. In frustration, I went directly to the store, where a nice lady helped me switch to another car. This was a small comfort, but the best part of my travel time had already been wasted. What a pity!

We actually went to the Alamo rental center as they were short staff at National but everything went just fine. Plenty of vehicles to pick from and in good condition.

We have used QEEQ before and it works real well. No problems and convenient website.

Like: The Dodge Challenger Scat Pack was an awesome one day rental to tear up the roads in the Nevada desert!
Dislike: That I didn't keep the car the entire time I was in Vegas.
