Very good company. Even though it was our fault causing the rental company to incur losses, the staff was very patient and helpful. We are very grateful.

A uniform bus takes you to a rental car hall similar to a terminal, where each company has its own counter. It is very convenient and straightforward.

We actually went to the Alamo rental center as they were short staff at National but everything went just fine. Plenty of vehicles to pick from and in good condition.

Car was not clean and was poorly maintained. The staff did not consider my prepaid voucher and charged my credit card. upon reporting this to the customer care, I was told that it was only a deposit and should be returned when I return the car. But that didn't happen and it took me a couple of email follow ups to get back my money.

Like: The staff was exceptionally helpful especially the woman working the exit when I picked the vehicle up at 1:00 in the morning.
