A little bit of English is enough

1. They said they couldn't find the insurance I purchased when picking up the car; 2. I had specified the return time as 19:30 local time when I booked, but when I arrived, the rental store was already closed. I had to return the car the next day.

Was not given the car we had booked. Instead was offered a Nissan Quashqai

I have experienced Europcar before, they advertise a nice car and then usually offer a substantially lower model as the or similar e.g. this year I rented a Kashqai and got a Renault Kajar, last year a Merc E class and got a Volvo V90 and so on, I will try to avoid them in future as its an obvious sales tactic. I upgraded to a Merc C class that was good.

The woman who greeted me at the desk at Europcar was extremely rude and inappropriate . However the woman who I dropped the car off with was lovely .
