This was an excellent car rental experience, completely different from the various negative reviews seen online.

The booked car model was unavailable, so I was given an MG SUV with average condition. The return location on the map was incorrect, but it wasn’t a big issue. After circling around once, I managed to find it successfully.

Very satisfied, efficient, answered insurance questions without pushing.

The location is excellent; it's actually the first one. I booked the cheapest manual car group, and they gave me a Mercedes Smart 4-door with a panoramic sunroof. It looks so cute and beautiful! It's a new car with only 7100 kilometers, very easy to drive and fuel-efficient. Great experience!!! The Italian lady who processed my order tried to sell me window and tire insurance as usual. Initially, I didn't understand because I had opted for comprehensive insurance with zero excess. As an experienced driver, I am confident in Italian security, so I didn't buy it. It wasn't expensive, about 58 euros, so it didn't really matter since my hotel had parking. When returning the car, they check it as usual. I was very careful, and Italy is quite orderly without any dangerous maneuvers, making the drive enjoyable! Renting a car for a self-driving tour in Italy was really enjoyable. At Milan Airport, the car rental company's office is on the first floor below the arrival hall, following the arrows. After completing the paperwork, they give you the key to pick up the car from the parking lot. The car was very clean. When returning, follow the signs for car hire, which are very clear. Slow down a bit to see them and follow the directions to Parking Lot B. Park in the same spot where you picked up the car, then walk a few steps to their office. The return process only takes about 5 minutes. I had bought a lot of mineral water that I didn't finish and left it for the rental company. The staff was very pleased. A small gift can be nice sometimes. This time, I was always careful to avoid illegal parking in Italy, and speeding was my only concern since everyone drives fast. However, driving at the speed limit might hinder other cars. If there were no violations, the trip would be perfect! They held a 400-euro deposit. It didn't seem like a pre-authorization because it wasn't released even after returning the car. I'll wait for up to a month to see if it's refunded. If not, I'll have to contact QEEQ customer service. Overall, this company is reliable for renting a car. Very professional!

I received a Romanian made Dacia car even without parking sensor a model of 5 years a go , even if the car was new with low kilometers on the records It’s true it was saying ford siesta or similar but the Dacia even if new car was an old model All other was fine, maybe they guess I was the one to give a unwanted car , as I see other Ford Fiesta and in the similar range several cars It’s the second time I use Sicily by car the previous one was fine this time I am not really satisfied only for the car received, such car shall not new be there ! I am not sure I will use them again as with this experience I am but discouraged
