The drop off the car was ready bad we couldn't find the spot and it took us 2 hours or more to find

Europcar is a well-established and reputable car rental company with systematic management. The counter staff did not engage in any unnecessary upselling, making the overall process smooth and satisfactory. The car was in good condition, with mileage under 20,000 kilometers. After getting the keys, you need to go to the airport parking lot to find and pick up the car yourself, but it's not particularly difficult. This was my first time driving/renting an electric vehicle. The counter mentioned that charging stations have become more common in France, but I found the best charging spots were at highway service areas! CCS allows for high-speed charging—100km in 1 minute—while regular Type 2 chargers take about an hour to charge 100km. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the counter beforehand to avoid language translation issues or other emergencies when calling later.

On return of the car I received a report telling me that the car has new damage but this was already pre existing damage. I have sent photos to them showing the original damage last week but have still not had a reply or any further contact.

Price was close to others when we checked there price paid. some had it cheaper

Arrived earlier then booked pick up time , told me they didn’t have a car in My group (BS) ! Tried to up sell me Mercedes A class for extra 490 euro ! I went back at booked time to be given A damaged car, with filthy glass !! Never will I rent from euro car .
