SUV was in terrible condition with nicks and dings all over it. Maintenance light was on when we got it, and inside of vehicle was dirty. Got $5.00 off the rental when signed up, but paid almost $6.00 in foreign currency charge. You need to let people know you are in a foreign country.

As reported to customer service, I had to return the first vehicle due to alignment issues. The second vehicle had an oil leak and torn carpet and a broken truck latch

Can was with lots of scapes and dirty we were concerned that we would get charged for the issues we found. Car was not full when we picked it up but did not notice it until we were on the road. We took pictures to protect us

Yes the car was good. The service was great and the lady Ashley was super courteous.

It was very easy to find and they made the process so easy to pick up and drop off. They offer prepaid gas at much lower rate than what is around the area, which is a great benefit.
