Dirty and strong cigarette smell. Different car from the one I booked.

Really thoughtful service and super easy to communicate with.

Had to wait more than 2 hours after arriving at Seville Airport before they finally had a car for me. The car itself was fine, just a bunch of scratches… I took photos of every single one! Staff were reasonably polite and, to be fair, they didn’t push extra insurance on me when they saw I wasn’t interested. They just warned me that a single scratch would cost €1,400, which is insanely expensive – easily the priciest company I’ve ever used. I’m used to paying maybe €300–500 for minor damage. I told them fine, I’ll make sure I don’t give you even one new scratch! The deposit was €300 and it was refunded instantly when I returned the car in Barcelona.

Very satisfied

Except for spending half an hour to find the rental company, everything else was great.
