Very efficient service, both renting and exchanging cars were very quick. Even though there was a scratch, it only took 20 minutes and there were no extra charges. However, the damage assessment took longer, which is typical in Europe where even settling a bill can take 30 minutes.

Be sure not to buy the insurance recommended by the store. No matter what insurance you purchase on QEEQ, the store will claim you have no coverage. When you pick up the car, they'll tell you about possible scratches and then try to sell you full insurance, scaring you with potential charges up to 6000 euros. The full insurance costs around 20 euros per day, which is more expensive than the car rental. After buying the store's full insurance, they didn't even check the car when returning it. They just took the keys and let me go. I don't know if they would check more thoroughly and cause trouble if I didn't buy the insurance. This time I was misled and bought extra insurance. Next time I'll just buy full insurance on QEEQ, which is much cheaper.

The Enterprise office at Madrid Airport is actually located at the far edge of the P1 parking lot outside of T1 terminal. The staff were very friendly and the procedures were handled swiftly. The requested car wasn't in P1, so they had to bring it over from P4, which took about ten minutes.
