Service attitude is okay, but they keep pushing various products

When picking up the car, if the customer already says no, don't waste time persistently upselling, wasting everyone's time including those waiting in line. The car inspection was very quick during return. Satisfied.

Simple and convenient, almost no preparation needed for self-service car pickup.

Queue times depend on how many people are there; if there aren't many Chinese, it won't be too slow. Service mainly depends on the renter's English proficiency; you can't expect everyone to speak Chinese. What kind of car you get is pure luck. I once booked a compact car but was able to take a small van after confirming with the staff, and there was no extra charge.
