Good from booking wise but very poor on picking up the car which was a bad start to my holiday.

Pickup was a bit slow.

The staff I encounter every time are very patient, always pointing out how to get better deals and teaching me how to lock the car and set things up. Extending the rental is also super simple, usually done in just 5 minutes.

Car is ok, but it surprised unfortunately that budget charged me extra 135.11 dollars as insurance while I already booked and paid the maximum insurance coverage through easy rent !!! This is unacceptable and I was supposed to raise this issue to higher positions since that time I was not preparing myself to pay that much and it was not as per my travel budget, it affected me a lot. Receipt available with me.

The staff in the Miami airport branch of Budget were rude and unhelpful. They were dismissive and very confusing. When we asked her for clarification (e.g. about the complex fuel arrangement and insurance) she didn’t explain anything and was constantly talking to a colleague throughout the booking process. Also we stood in line for over an hour which wasn’t ideal. The car (Ford Mustang) was great but was pretty dirty on the inside and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy process and good communication. The app is also very handy.
