We had booked a SUV and when we go to the counter we were told they do not have it. We were given a mini van. The car was horrible and did not even have a charging spot. After persuading the staff we were asked to come the next day to get the SUV. It was a long drive for us with all the traffic. This spoilt our vacation.

We expect better service and the booking site should also ensure that the type of car booked is available at the site.

“Too much pressure from counter stff.”

There was a lot of pressure from the counter staff on pickup to buy extras, such as insurance and toll passes. When you are tired and do not know the rules it is easy to be taken advantage of,

La voiture avait un roulement de mort, elle faisait un bruit énorme en roulant. Chaque soir nous avions mal au crâne. La pire experience de ma vie! À fuir ! En plus si on ne prend pas leurs assurance à 20$ par jour ils ne vous laissent pas partir avec la voiture ! Arnaque total !
