Very dissatisfied, long waiting time in line. Insurance was added without the customer's knowledge. The reserved car model from over three months ago was not available, and no explanation was given. Promised to change the car the next day, but that didn't happen. After complaining, they reluctantly arranged the desired car model. But the promised discount was not given, and they claimed there was no written evidence. This company is shameless and I'll never choose them again.

Obviously, there were two vehicles of the reserved group available, but they gave us a Hyundai instead. Discussions on Twitter were not reviewed.

All the service providers at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Such as rolling their eyes, complaining about the customers, not being patient to those with language barriers, testy when you ask questions. When I called the company about a question I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. Also because I rented the car for 26 hours they charged me for 2 FULL DAYS.

La voiture avait un roulement de mort, elle faisait un bruit énorme en roulant. Chaque soir nous avions mal au crâne. La pire experience de ma vie! À fuir ! En plus si on ne prend pas leurs assurance à 20$ par jour ils ne vous laissent pas partir avec la voiture ! Arnaque total !
