The whole experience was amazing. The only issue was that they were closed for midnight till 5:00 a.m. and my flight was delayed and arrived at 1:00 a.m. Other than that the service was great the car exceeded my expectations it was new and had fancy electronics in it. The return was super easy took 2 minutes and I was out of there and the shuttle took me to the airport right away.

This is a great booking platform, everything is super simple. I had to cancel the reservation and there was no problem at all.

Very inconsistent customer service. Processes are very confusing - almost got overcharged. Waiting time is very long at pick up.

All the service providers at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Such as rolling their eyes, complaining about the customers, not being patient to those with language barriers, testy when you ask questions. When I called the company about a question I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. Also because I rented the car for 26 hours they charged me for 2 FULL DAYS.

Everything was fine except the pick up wait was unacceptable. We were standing in line for over 1 hour. Despite the amount of people in line the staff was very friendly.

La voiture avait un roulement de mort, elle faisait un bruit énorme en roulant. Chaque soir nous avions mal au crâne. La pire experience de ma vie! À fuir ! En plus si on ne prend pas leurs assurance à 20$ par jour ils ne vous laissent pas partir avec la voiture ! Arnaque total !
