Didn’t deserve the cost

The wait time was a bit long, but the staff's explanations were thorough. The process was simple and convenient. The price differed somewhat from the online quotes in our country, mainly due to insurance.

The car was not my expected , And the car have damage on the body they did not mention it .

All the service providers at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Such as rolling their eyes, complaining about the customers, not being patient to those with language barriers, testy when you ask questions. When I called the company about a question I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. Also because I rented the car for 26 hours they charged me for 2 FULL DAYS.

Everything was fine except the pick up wait was unacceptable. We were standing in line for over 1 hour. Despite the amount of people in line the staff was very friendly.

Counter staff were straightforward and helpful. But she kept pushing for extras, none of which I needed. A bit tiresome!

Very easy using to book the car. Good value. All went well and to plan. Thank you!
