Terrible experience

What I did not like was the whole insurance thing and how I was basically forced to use your insurance when I had my own coverage. The Agent presented it to me as if I could not use mine. I have never had a problem with any other rental car company with using my own insurance. This was a first. I will not rent from them anymore

The customer service suck, they changed for everything. I didn’t get my vehicle from them and just left. Will never go with them again.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE TIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE. STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST NOT ONLY WITH MY EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO WITH OTHERS.

I felt like they got you to thier business with the lure of low cost rental, but all the add on BS fee’s were threatening and nerve racking

Like: This car was about half the price from some of the other car rental companies near LAX.
Dislike: Trying to get to the car rental location was very difficult. The confirmation e-mail came from easycarrentals, but the name of the company was Right car rentals. There was no bus that came to the LAX car rental pick up for over 30 minutes. I called twice to find out what to do. Both times I was put on hold for over 15 min and eventually I hung up. I got on a bus that said EZ car rentals, but I found out after I was taken to that location that was not the correct bus. I had to walk from EZ to Right. Once I got there everything was fine, but getting there was very difficult.
