Frustrating

About Avis: 7.7 /10
Massive queue at the pick up counter which really delayed my departure from the airport and plans for the evening. Seemed really slow with nothing pre-printed and only one printer which then jammed. Lady on the desk was lovely but horrible wait outweighed this. Will actively avoid Avis in the future if that’s the counter process.

Excellent service attitude, they stayed late to help us pick up the car! Not as bad as some reviews said.

“The booking and the entire experience was a breeze”
About Avis: 10.0 /10
They have good number of people at the counter addressing the customers and they are ready with your vehicle without making you wait much.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
The booking experience was quite smooth, the only things is to be the prices can be a little more competitive but that can also be related to the time when we initialise our booking. So all positive
