Car was adequate for our trip. No problems with counter staff very courteous. Had problems finding the drop off location, street name not the same as given instructions. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

After being hustled to take extra insurance, I was told that if I didn't take some form of expensive top-up insurance, they would hold GBP 1500 on my card. If any issue was experienced with the car, even as small as a tyre issue, they would take the full GBP1500.
