Service was pretty good. They did ask if I wanted to add emergency medical coverage, but when I politely declined they didn’t try to hard-sell it.

The return process was very considerate, and the staff patiently guided us despite the crowded parking level.

Overall okay, except the front desk tried to persuade us to buy a full tank option when a full-to-full option was clearly more convenient. Also, despite having purchased the super collision damage waiver, they still tried to sell us additional insurance, which I firmly refused. They even attempted to give us a Mazda CX-3, which was clearly a downgrade, but we rejected that as well. So everyone be cautious.

Overall, it's good, but the explanation of additional charges was not detailed enough. I only wanted to add an extra driver this time, but when handling it on site, an additional fee was added without detailed written explanation, just a brief verbal mention. Upon careful review, I found that I could not cancel it by phone, which I believe is somewhat unreasonable.
