The entire rental and return process was smooth, with no forced insurance sales. The car was in good condition and there were no hidden charges.

The pickup point is located in the 17th arrondissement in Paris in an Indigo parking lot, which is easy to find. The area is lively, surrounded by small restaurants and open-air markets. The staff member who assisted us was super nice and patiently answered all our questions. We chose ALAMO because, after comparing prices of various car rental brands for the same period, ALAMO offered the most reasonable rates. Most importantly, they have a pickup point within the Paris city center, which is extremely convenient. When booking through QEEQ, we initially only selected basic insurance for €280 for six days, as QEEQ's full insurance is provided by Ping An Insurance, a Chinese company not recognized as local in France. In case of compensation issues, the car rental company might ask us to pay the full amount before claiming from Ping An, which could be a lengthy and uncertain process. Thus, we upgraded to full coverage insurance directly with ALAMO at the pickup point, which included tire and glass coverage as well as roadside assistance. The staff member gave us a small discount, and we paid an additional €178. The total car rental fee plus insurance came to €460.

Very satisfied, the staff were friendly and very efficient.

Ye Your advert is totally misleading and stated a Ford Galaxy or equivalent 5 seater so I thought I was getting a Ford Galaxy but to get that I had to pay 150 euro extra was is that right!!

Like: Staff were very welcoming, helpful and chatty. Knowledgeable about the car and happy to answer and questions or concerns. Car was slight upgrade from original booking and was of very good standard.
Dislike: Only two members of staff working through a busy period whilst I tried to hand the car back. Too busy to see everyone waited 20 mins without being served and was coming close to missing my flight. Gentleman quickly served myself and another man dropping the car back, took the keys asked if everything was ok, and said deposit would be back with us. Bit disconcerting as would have liked to check the car over together to ensure nothing done to vehicle afterwards and ensure I get my deposit back. Having said that, the staff were extremely busy and rushed, customers were stood in the sun and being typically British and impatient so I understand the reasons but will check to if my deposit has been received. Overall as a first hiring experience, very good - Quick easy and value for money, would use again but could do with more staff to ease wait and stress on staff at busy periods.
