One of the best prices available for rental vehicles, let alone via the bigger and better-known companies (Avis, Budget, etc). Very easy booking process and good information provided regarding pickup and dropoff process. Good customer-focused experience!

The service at the service desk was awful. Avis has charged my credit card again even if QEEQ already did.

I have waited 45 minutes at the desk to talk with the employee. I have paid at the desk around 500 euros for all risks insurance (theft not included), which is very expensive. Insurance should be around 10 or 20% of the rental rate value not more.. I had no options so I paid it but am unhappy and won’t rent there again.
