Overall service is acceptable. The price of the Mercedes-Benz V is relatively high. However, after switching to a Volkswagen, the price difference was not refunded.

Overall experience was good. Pickup and drop-off were quick, and the deposit was returned within two days.

There was no queue when picking up the car, it was just us, but the process was slow because they had to check a lot of information. Returning the car was relatively faster. It's the third day since we returned home, and we haven't received the deposit back yet, which is a bit concerning.
