Overall it was okay. The car's condition was average, with 10,000 kilometers on the odometer when I got it. The cleanliness was just so-so. The car was cheap, so I didn't expect much in terms of power.

Staff just handed the keys to me after signing the documents. No one escorted to the vehicle to inspect vehicle with me. Vehicles interior was not fully clean some garbage was left in between the seats and the car just should have been cleaned proper before next driver. Upon return of the car handed keys back to counter staff and was questioned about the end mileage of the car, wasn’t aware that was required from the driver.

Car was a little banged up on the outside but the damage was noted. Just door dings and scratches. The trunk smelled really bad and I avoided putting anything back there until the day after. The pickup took way too long. The user was helpful but didn't prioritize the fact that we were there with a reservation properly. He took multiple calls and didn't put them on hold while getting our rental pickup competed. The chair that I was sitting on had him under it and got stuck to my leg, I was wearing shorts so it was very difficult getting it off. Ripped out a quarter size of my leg hair.

Easy to use and flawless site. It came up as much cheaper than anyone else.

I arrived 15mins earlier to pick up the car but instead ask me to wait for my booking time!
