I arrived early, so there was no need to wait in line. However, I had to take the elevator upstairs and then back downstairs—the path was a bit long. Additionally, they upgraded my car, but it took a while because they asked me a lot of questions before I could leave.

The staff's attitude was okay, but there were a lot of customers at Los Angeles airport and very few staff members. I had to wait in line for two hours.

Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
