Overall it was fine, but they were pretty careless—maybe that’s just how things are in the US. For example, when I picked up the car, the license plate number on the contract and key tag didn’t match the actual plate, and the tank wasn’t full even though the contract said “Full.” I didn’t notice until I’d already driven over 50 miles. To be safe, I actually drove about 100 miles back to the branch to get it corrected, but the staff just told me it was no big deal and not to worry. I honestly didn’t know what to say, and it cost me half a day of my trip.
