Not a great car.

Great experience, picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the service was excellent! We left something in the car and they quickly helped us find it with a phone call!

The rental location is near the airport, with a dedicated reception desk at the airport exit directing you to a shuttle bus for car pickup. The pickup location is spacious with many service staff who are very friendly. The paperwork is correct, and someone accompanies you to pick up the car and explains the usage precautions. The process is smooth and fast.

An extremely long wait to rent the car after arriving at Europcar offices, eventually got to the desk after over an hour wait. Inspected the car which had a lot of scratches that were not indicated on the rental agreement, so had to point them all out to the security guard on exiting carpark. It was an early return around 05.30 no agent to check the car to confirm no further damage had been done during rental, a little disconcerting as previously with Europcar I have been accused of damaging the car even though it had been reported, eventually they admitted it had been reported, but just adds bad taste to the hire experience.

Easyrentcars made it very easy to complete the hire, with a very competitive price. Would definitely use again, hopefully not with Europcar

The counter staff member was very efficient and well trained but the offer of an insurance at "only" twenty pounds per day was frankly astonishing and insulting. This is a very unpleasant "rip-off" practice at car rental offices always but this price was exceptionally brazen.

Like: Help at drop off section by the staff. They expressed we could drop off the car and leave the keys and parking tag in the morning and need to drop the car at night.
