Easy pickup and return, satisfactory service

スタッフは英語とタイ語でしたが、こちらのつたない英語でも問題なく借りることができました。 返却時は予定より早く空港に着いたのでスタッフに電話し、指定の駐車場に停め、カウンターのキーボックスにカギを入れるだけで、簡単に済みました。

アプリのクーポンの使い方がわからない。

It was a very good car rental experience. We found the store immediately after exiting the airport. The staff, including a guy and a lady, explained everything clearly in English. When picking up the car, the guy even helped us with our luggage without asking for a tip. We wanted to give him 50 THB, but we only had a 1000 THB bill, so we didn't. We are sincerely grateful. The actual car we got was a Nissan Sunny in excellent condition with only about 10,000 kilometers. Overall, we are very satisfied.

1. รถใหม่ป้ายแดง สภาพดีมาก แต่จริง ๆ รถเช่าอยากได้ป้ายขาวมากกว่า เพราะกังวลว่าอาจมีปัญหาตอนขับกลางคืนหรือขับออกต่างจังหวัด 2. ระยะเวลาคืนเงินมัดจำค่อนข้างนาน (15 วัน)
