Great all around experience with both booking agent and car rental company

Very satisfied, both picking up and dropping off the car were quick and smooth. The front desk staff patiently explained the model and insurance options I had booked and asked if I needed to pay for bridge tolls and other essential questions. Besides requesting the bridge toll service, I also opted for zero-deductible insurance. Everything was quick and convenient.
When returning the car, I mentioned to the front desk that I had accidentally scratched it during the rental period. After asking when and where it happened, they just had me sign a form, and that was it. This is the importance of full insurance.

There was a delay of around 30 minutes for the vehicle. It had some marks on it which were duly noted by staff. Due to the delay, Apex Car Rentals, offered and provided us an extra 1.5 hours return time and refunded 20% of the rental cost. The staff member looking after us was excellent.

Didn't use

All of the staff from pickup at airport, issueing the vehicle, returning the vehicle and finally dropoff at airport were fantastic

Price protector was great and provided a better price within a week on an already great price. The app works very well.

Like: Great service, and location, also the coutercy service to the airport was excellent idea
Dislike: Try up selling double insurance, Also for Bond $500.00 is reditculous, and the international fee $10.50was not mentioned prior when booking on line, could have done on the phone, and would have save $10.00 on insurance the difference and $10.00 on fee, can’t win it all
