Overall good, but after returning the car, there is a long wait for the airport shuttle bus. This should be noted for efficiency improvement.

The salesperson was new and not very familiar with the procedures. Kangaroos in Australia often jump onto the road, and I saw at least seven or eight kangaroo carcasses by the roadside. Unfortunately, I also hit one this time. There was no warning about the kangaroo issue or any reminder to purchase full insurance. Secondly, the explanation of the car rental company's basic insurance was unclear. It seemed to cover damages under $25,000, but in reality, costs under $25,000 are the driver's responsibility.
