The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the car pickup process was incredibly smooth.

Overall it was pretty good. Picking up and returning the car was smooth. Got an upgrade to an Australian Highlander, which was awesome.

Overall acceptable. The car was quite new with just over 7000 kilometers. When I called after arriving at the airport, no one answered, so I went directly to the bus stop to wait for the shuttle, which was a very bad experience. Returning the car was straightforward; just drove into the return point. The staff didn’t say much, and I haven't received the bill yet. I'll check if there are any extra charges once it arrives.

At the East Coast the attendant tried to sell me another insurance but I already had one with the app EasyRentCars which is better and cheaper. Also, they charged me AU$1000 as a bond, really high bond.

As usual it’s the best rental car app.

Thought we were getting a Mis Outlander ended up receiving a Honda CRV which had no go at all. Put your foot on the accelerator 5 seconds later you'd get a reaction. Which was highly irritating on a long drive. Had a couple of sarcastic comments from the service guy at the desk as we didn't want to pay for the added insurance which was more expensive than the car hire!
