Communication in English was generally understandable.

Wanted a Corolla but got an MG3 instead, which they said was of the same class. Personally felt it was smaller, making it difficult to pack luggage. The car was relatively new with just over 17,000 km on it. Drove 1400 km in 4 days. The engine was a bit weak, especially on hills. Otherwise, the experience was quite pleasant.

The attitude was lukewarm, and they said the insurance from Zuzuche was not good enough, recommending an additional $17 per day insurance to reduce the deductible to $500, otherwise, it would be $5500 if something happened. You could also choose not to buy it! The pick-up staff had a cold attitude. When I got to the company, I encountered a Chinese staff member who also mentioned the cold attitude of the pick-up staff and was indifferent as well. They kept saying the Zuzuche insurance was useless. When I rented a car via Zuzuche at the Gold Coast, that company never mentioned anything about the insurance. I suggest Zuzuche provide renters with clear guidelines and regulations about the insurance.

The car pickup was quick. On the first day, I found that the windshield wipers didn't work properly, but they replaced the car with a slightly bigger one the next day as compensation. The new car was in good condition.
