Terrible. They said I only needed to pay 202 euros, but I ended up paying an extra 40 euros. I only found out it was for additional insurance after I complained. They didn't explain this extra insurance at the time.
The process of picking up and returning the car was very quick, and the car was in excellent condition. Not bad.
