I booked a Hyundai SUV, but they gave me a low sedan and argued about it. After I insisted, they replaced it with an MG. Honestly, charge accordingly and provide the right car. Don't cheat customers.

Avis, as the top car rental company, provides convenience and excellent service.

The queue time wasn't long. When I told the staff that we had bought full insurance from Zuzuche and did not need any additional services, they kept trying to sell us more insurance. When I refused, they then claimed my husband, the primary driver, couldn't use his non-chip card, even though he had used it at another rental company just days before without any issues. If I used my card, they insisted I had to be added as an additional driver, which added 116 pounds to the total cost, more than half of the rental fee of 2000 RMB. This was blatant exploitation. I've rented from Avis before and never encountered such poor service. I will never rent from them again. Zuzuche should be more aware of the foreign car rental companies they partner with. Companies like Avis that exploit customers should be removed from their list.

Offered an upgrade at pick up. Although this was additional cost the car was terrific. The staff were polite and very helpful,
