Easy to use and book, great support from the QEEQ team

I rented two cars, but only one was available because the card of the owner of one car couldn't be processed. It seemed their card machine was too old. Dollar requested a change of the primary owner, but the rental company said it wasn't possible, so we had to get a cash refund.

When we were first at the Dollar office everything went fast.

Our confirmation paper said we had to go by shuttle bus. So we' spend a much time to find this.

I have been renting vehicles for Ten years for business and pleasure and have always used one Company, it was not Dollar. It will be Dollar from now on. They treated me like I was a lifelong customer and were very efficient at both pick up and drop off.
