The service was excellent, and the staff were patient and attentive. We got a brand-new Chevrolet Epica, which had only been driven for over 1300 kilometers. The huge trunk, heated driver and passenger seats, and heated steering wheel were absolutely essential for driving in the chilly Atlantic Provinces. Dollar, Hertz, and another car rental company share the same counter and staff.

If comparison (eg no of days, car type…. etc) is available on time, it’s easier for me to make up my mind on the booking.

I have been renting vehicles for Ten years for business and pleasure and have always used one Company, it was not Dollar. It will be Dollar from now on. They treated me like I was a lifelong customer and were very efficient at both pick up and drop off.

I was stuck, thought I may have to cancel my trip, but Easy Car got me going.....Excellent Service
