We didn’t agree to add any extra insurance, and it wasn’t explained what additional service was added. We were charged 72.78 CAD and initially thought it was some kind of service tax issue. Later, after communicating with customer service, we found out there were no additional charges.

Overall satisfied, but the efficiency here is relatively low; waited in line for almost an hour. The staff kept recommending roadside assistance.

Service attitude was okay, but they will try to sell insurance.

The staff tried to sell us insurance, and when we refused, their attitude became very rude. We had purchased an additional driver at the time of booking, but they said this driver must be a spouse (which was not a restriction when we booked), so they charged us the fee for an additional driver (we have the receipt). I have rented cars in nearly 50 countries around the world; this is my first time renting from your company, and it was the worst experience. Of course, I will seek compensation from your company for the additional driver fee.
