Here's a comment you can use for Budget Car Rental: --- I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Budget Car Rental at JFK Airport. Despite booking a car through QEEQ and paying in advance, I encountered several issues. The staff were unhelpful and rude, and I was informed that no cars were available upon arrival. After finally getting a vehicle, I was later hit with an unauthorized charge of USD 1202.39 on my credit card, despite being assured by customer service that there would be no extra fees for dropping off the car at a different location. I’ve tried to resolve this directly with your customer support, but I have yet to receive the refund that was promised. As a visitor from London, this entire experience has been incredibly stressful, and I’m now worried about additional charges on my credit card due to this error. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Budget to anyone based on my experience.

I actually got the size of vehicle needed. Usually got some run around about class of vehicle requested is not available and I need to upgrade at additional cost.

Much less cost than other booking sites. I was very satisficed with the experience.

Ordered a large Chevrolet Surburban, but got down graded to a Ford Explorer ( Tahoe size ). Took 1,5 hour to get the car.
