The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.

I booked a Ford Edge or a similar model, but the counter staff assigned me a small SUV, probably a Buick Envision or something like that. It couldn't even fit our luggage. We thought there were no cars of the same type available, but if that was the case, we should have been upgraded instead of downgraded. Later, we found a staff member in the parking lot and got it changed to a Ford Edge, which was actually available. We almost got tricked!

It was a great vehicle brand new only had 100 miles on it the sad thing is we were renting a vehicle to go to a beach house for a week when we pick the vehicle up I tell us how brand-new it is and that you can't have any pet hair or sand in the vehicle and if they find any you're going to have to pay $250 can you imagine my face if that moment when we're going on vacation to the beach and I'm taking my two little dogs with me I felt like I couldn't even do anything in this vehicle it really been the whole trip out not happy whatsoever:-(
