The car we reserved was not prepared, and they provided a different model. When it came time to pay, they claimed we had to pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered such a forced upsell. 1. They tried to sell me insurance, claiming that the one from Zuzuche wasn't valid. After arguing, I didn't purchase it at the store. 2. Online payment via Zuzuche was not accepted, and the store required full payment upfront. The duplicated charges haven't been refunded yet. 3. I booked a Ford SUV, but upon arrival, they said there were no similar cars available, offering an electric car instead. I refused and had to wait over 40 minutes to get a similar car, which was a KN. Very dissatisfied with the rental experience.
