The staff at the store provided excellent service with no upselling and clear explanations.

I had heard that Hertz's staff in Europe generally have a poor attitude, but the service personnel we encountered during pick-up and drop-off were quite friendly.

Hertz is very professional, they provided a BMW 3 SUV. The car was in excellent condition, with only 10,000 km. The pick-up and drop-off processes were convenient and quick. This was my first time renting a car overseas, and I am very satisfied.

Hertz staff at the airport were awful. Refused to speak English. Very rude. Didn't give us any information or speak to us or tell us where the car was even. Just demanded the credit card then shoved a piece of paper at us. When i asked where the car was she just waved outside. Awful lady. Car also filthy outside.

Booking process good. Price fair. Nothing negative to say about easy rental cars
