The service attitude was excellent. However, Australian English has a unique accent and they speak very quickly, probably due to their proficiency. If there are unclear points, it is advisable to repeat them for confirmation. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Fast and straightforward process!

Good, the car is very new and very convenient.

We requested to use UnionPay but the charge was still in the local currency. They pushed for insurance, which is more expensive there, but it can be less hassle in case of an incident. The car was relatively new and in good condition. Inexplicably, an additional amount of about ten Australian dollars was charged to my credit card three days later. I asked for an explanation but received no reply.
