It's okay, the service from the Americans is fairly decent. When we arrived, the car we originally wanted wasn't available, so they gave us a Ford Mustang with a larger engine instead. There was no option to choose another lower displacement car. The deposit was 250 USD, and it's been half a month now, still not refunded.

When picking up the car, I asked how to pay for the tolls and was told the car has an E-pass, but it didn't. As a result, I had to wait for a bill for the tolls. Many highways in Massachusetts and New York don't accept cash and bill by mail, which is more expensive than E-pass. I'm unsure how much the toll fees will be now. When returning the car, I went to the shared location for Budget and Hertz at Union Station. The service attitude was indifferent.

There are hidden charges and mandatory E-TOLL terms.

Very straightforward. Once I got to the rental centre, the guy at the desk was very efficient. I had to wait about 15 mins for the car but that wasn't a problem at all. All very easy
