This rental was thru third party booking, the booking was not clear on who was the true company

Everything was great other than the 45 mins we waited for pick up on arrival at the airport. Glad we weren't in a hurry!

Very poor customer service and very rude. Very long waits with only a couple of people in line. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Easy booking

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

My whole experience with the Orlando routes office was poor all around . The only good part about the experience was the driver who picked me up from the airport was very nice

I had prepaid for a "Toyota Corolla or similar" vehicle at MCO for January 30, 2019. When I arrived at EasyRentCars MCO which had a large "Routes" sign outside, I was told that the only vehicle they had was a Jeep Rubicon. I asked if there was any alternative. The young woman staff member said "Yes, you have an alternative. You can leave and go back to the airport." Therefore I accepted the Jeep. On leaving the parking lot the vehicle made a terrible rumbling sound and the steering wheel shook. I returned and reported this to the same staff member. She said that this was due to the tires that were installed on this type of Jeep, and it was normal. When I reached my destination after 2.5 hours of freeway driving I saw that the front tires were almost bald. I therefore did not drive the car further. I called EasyRentCars at MCO and when I explained the situation they put me on hold and immediately hung up on me. When I called again I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hung up. I called the Customer Service number for Routes that I found though Google. "Kimmy" at Routes Ontario Customer Service was helpful and connected me to the manager "Kevin" (who I have previously been told was not in the office). He asked me to send photographs of the tires to him along with my phone number so he could contact me with a solution. Kevin did not call me. When I called again I was told that Kevin had left for the day. I was told that a replacement vehicle would be driven to my location in Jacksonville the next day. In the afternoon of the next day EasyRentCars delivered a new car to me. As the Rental Voucher states that the Car Supplier is Routes Car & Truck Rentals please help me!!
