Here's an interesting detail: we initially booked a small SUV, but when the staff saw we had 3 pieces of luggage, they said the car we booked could only fit 2 pieces and asked us to pay an extra £30 per day. When I refused, they eventually said 'never mind' and upgraded us to a bigger model for free, likely because they didn't have the car we originally booked. In the end, we were quite happy—the rental and return process was quick and convenient. The shuttle bus to the pick-up location takes about 15-20 minutes.

Overall satisfactory. Due to a 15-hour flight delay, the staff first commented on my luggage volume, then claimed my insurance didn't cover it, but I declined both.

Not good. The car broke down. I had to get myself to Birmingham airport to pick up a new one. New one had a warning light on. Left my sunglasses - $250! in the car and no response to return them.

Muhammed was very friendly and helpful. He recommended us a better car option that can suit our needs. I am extremely pleased with the service. However, I faced difficulty in the beginning trying to figure out how to operate the vehicle and the GPRS. I suggest there must be a car instruction manual provided to customers especially those coming from left hand drive countries. It will be very beneficial indeed..
