Overall, the service was great with a good attitude. They provided service in English. The car was very clean at pickup, and the return inspection was very simple. Highly recommend, they don't scrutinize too much.

Qeeq needs to make it clearer that Target Rent at Pisa is not where all the other car hire operators are based and not to follow the signs to car rentals but pay close attention to the directions on the voucher. Target Rent is actually closer to the Terminal exit than where every other operator is based. The directions were otherwise just about adequate once we realise they were not based in the normal, purpose built area for car hire.

Pretty good.

Great service but would have liked something closer to the airport.

Not so happy with the price. Very expensive!! The price for the kind of car we need with 4 children is unreasonable.

All ok

Good value. Couldnt get the app onto my phone. Will try again.

At first on reading the pick up details (Venice airport)I was a little sceptical.. but I followed the instructions and he pick up shuttle arrived in minutes. A short drive to the office and the the rental process was straight forward with great staff making life easy. The car was as expected and in excellent condition.

Booking process was very easy and did not have any reason to contact Easyrentcars there after.
