Very satisfied, the staff were very professional.

The car was supposed to be a mid size sedan but it was small size. It took over an hour to pick up because the sales person kept trying to sell me add ons and was very deceitful telling me I had to buy them when I didn't. I hated green motion they have a slimy business model. I heard them scam two other customers while I was waiting.

Booking was fine, price was great.

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

Every person I dealt with (3) completely rude! Absolutely would NEVER use you guys ever again!

Ils nous ont vendu une passe pour les péages à 70$US ( donc 100$ can) en nous disant qu’il y avait beaucoup de péages et que nous pourrions avoir des frais supplémentaires si on se trompe de ligne... Toutefois, en une semaine, le seul péage que nous aurions pu prendre est celui à côté de l’aéroport... à 2$. J’en trouve que le 70$ us est exagéré et nous a fait perdre beaucoup d’argent
