I have never experienced before a Car Rental where car was given to me with half tank rather full tank.

Very bad service. Not friendly and for deposit there were no price relation to what you got, not really any list where to so how much you pay for a deposit depending on size and brand of car. Deposit was more depending on how much they want in the moment.

Car exceeded expections. However staff are really slow in processing the papers. I guess they need to upgrade their systems

Absolute cowboys, out to rip you off for as much money as possible. I frequently hire cars from different companies and have only ever had one issue in all that time, when a company tried to charge me for minor damage that I was able to prove had never occurred. However, Green Motion refused to allow me to use my signature for my credit card. This is despite me walking for half an hour to the nearest cashpoint to try and re-set my PIN, which was locked. This is also despite me being a repeat customer who had hired a car from a sister office just three months ago and given them an excellent review. Instead, they gave me a hard-sell and charged me just under £100 before I knew what was happening and well aware that I was stranded in the middle of nowhere on an industrial park. This was on top of charging me and extra £50 for petrol and mileage. I will never use them again.

The car I booked and requested was not available which is always the biggest problem so I had to pay extra to upgrade the vehicle. as the one being provided in the same category was terrible
