Thrifty is quite efficient in their car rental process. It seems like everything is well organized, and there’s nothing particularly remarkable, but everything is under control.

This was the most problematic car rental experience I've ever had! We waited in line for 4 hours to get the car, and the reserved model wasn't available. They gave us a problematic car with no fuel instead. Throughout the trip, the car had various issues and eventually broke down halfway, delaying our trip by an entire day. Customer service wasn't helpful either. Thankfully, the hotel owner helped us communicate with the rental company. It took two months of coordination with the rental platform to get a refund for the taxi fare incurred due to the car exchange. Hertz going out of business is not without reason!

Didn't get the reserved model due to a six-hour flight delay, but still arrived on the same day.

I booked an SUV but was given a 7-seater instead.

It was not the car that was booked via Easyrental. Although, it served our purpose.
