No insurance, no car

Hardly any queue, we got it done right away. We went around 8 PM.

Dishonest store, they tricked me into buying insurance, taking advantage of the fact that I don't understand Spanish. When picking up the car, I said I didn't want it, but during the contract signing they had me sign this and that. I believed them and signed everything. It turned out I had actually signed for the insurance. They were very sneaky about it, putting the insurance and rental agreements on the same paper, so you wouldn't know you've signed for the insurance. In the end, they charged me 200 Euros for the insurance. Truly shameless.

The Enterprise office at Madrid Airport is actually located at the far edge of the P1 parking lot outside of T1 terminal. The staff were very friendly and the procedures were handled swiftly. The requested car wasn't in P1, so they had to bring it over from P4, which took about ten minutes.

I’ve been upgraded on arrival. The guy at the airport was waiting for my late in the evening flight from London.the guy reassured me about further changes so I wasn’t stressed at all. Delivery didn’t take more than 5 minutes.
