I clearly purchased full insurance on Zuzuche, but Hertz couldn't see it. When I arrived at Hertz, I still had to deal with their aggressive upselling. For someone not fluent in English, it's very easy to fall into hidden charges. This time, I was forced to accept Hertz's full insurance and purchase a full tank of fuel.

The Black staff member was very easygoing and hardly pushed for insurance, which was great. Hertz is much better than Swift. That company uses tricks and threats to make you buy insurance, refusing to proceed with the process and stalling until you demand to see the manager—it's all a pre-planned, ridiculous act.

The shuttle bus was waiting near the 3E pillar in the purple zone for about 10 minutes.

More convenient than booking directly at the store

Alles ist reibungslos gelaufen. Meine Erfahrungen wurden übertroffen.Ich mußte nicht warten. Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin Barbara am Schalter hat meine Buchung sofort und schnell bearbeitet. Das Zählerzeug war hilfreich. Die Abgabe des Mietwagens verlief auch reibungslos und ohne Beanstandungen.

Die Buchungsplattform hat sich sehr gut geschlagen. Der Pricedrop Protector wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist teilweise unverständlich.
