Great value for money, okay service

The car was in great condition and the service was really satisfying.

The pick-up and drop-off processes were very quick. I was initially worried about potential hassles or pushy sales pitches, but none of that happened. They even upgraded me to a larger, newer car.

Arrived 25 mins early and after processing our documents, we were told to go to the back of a very large queue because we were too early! This was worrying because we then watched another party get told their contract was cancelled because their 30 minute “hold” time was exceeded. In the end all went well and the overall service for us, was good.

Hadn’t heard of QEEQ before this experience but was very happy with the process and would definitely use them again.

The car was quite damage and I was not very happy considering that I needed it for a wedding. Also I had a warning light about "changing the oil immediately" not ideal when We were going around Sicily. The wipes were terrible and they were not cleaning the screen at all. At some point I had to stop and buy some cloths and window cleaner because with the sun I was not able to see. The roof was playing up and in various time it stayed open.

Great platform, shame that our car was not that good.

The man on the counter in the car park was extremely rude and was driving dangerously around the car park! He didnt talk to us, just handed a key and didnt even show us where the car was. He looked confrontational. The man in the counter where I got my keys in the airport was lovely though.

All good. Don't rate Sicily By Car at all!
